With a compassionate approach and evidence-based techniques — including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness — I’m here to support you every step of the way towards a happier, healthier you.

With every client, my foundational belief is that I am not the expert on you or your life – that’s you. But I’ll work collaboratively with you to help you process and understand what’s happening to you, what you’re feeling about it, and how you’re reacting to it. I’m on your side, always, and will encourage self-compassion, but I’ll also challenge you :) Sometimes, a gentle nudge can affect our perspective. I bring my whole self to our time together because I believe therapeutic growth and healing is nurtured within an environment that is more cocoon-like than laboratory-sterile.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York with a Master of Science from Hunter College. With specialized training in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem issues, I offer compassionate support and effective strategies to help you regain control and find inner peace.
