Support starts here.

Hey, I’m Alina.

A woman with long curly hair, wearing a gray blazer over a yellow top, standing outdoors by a body of water with city buildings in the background.

Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, I'm here to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and support you every step of the way.

Therapy isn't about someone telling you how to live your life.

You're the expert on your own experiences. My role is to help you better understand what's happening, make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions, and find practical ways to move forward.

Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe your mind won't slow down, you're constantly second-guessing yourself, or you've been carrying stress for so long that you're not sure what it feels like to truly relax. You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Therapy is a place where you can talk openly without worrying about being judged. Together, we'll explore what's been keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You know yourself better than anyone else, and my role is to bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and support to help you better understand your experiences and navigate them in new ways. I'll offer compassion when things feel difficult and honest feedback when it can help you grow.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with specialized training in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and ERP, always adapted to your individual needs rather than a predetermined formula.

You don't have to keep carrying this on your own.

MY VALUES

Acceptance and support

I'm always in your corner, even when you're at odds with yourself. I won't sigh or raise a disapproving eyebrow at any of your stories. Everything's alright with you.
